About Me
Welcome to my class page! I am a 2nd grade teacher at Jeanne Meadows Elementary and I have been teaching for the Franklin-McKinley School District for 13 years. I am both lucky and proud to share that all of my work has been here at Meadows. I grew up locally, on the East-Side of San Jose, and attended schools within that area. I knew from an early age that I wanted to become a teacher, like many in my family. I wanted to follow in their footsteps because I saw the positive impact my father, who was a teacher for over 30 years, had on many of his students. I attended San Jose State University where I received a B.A. in Child Development, a teaching credential, and a Masters in Education. I love working at Meadows and am proud to say I’m a fellow Dolphin!
