Jeanne R. Meadows  Home and School Club Organization
Jeanne R. Meadows  School's Home and School Club is very active. The Home and School Club is so much more than fundraising for school events, classroom supplies, and teacher appreciation. We are working to provide a sense of community and family involvement within the school. When you are involved, your child is involved and feels pride, ownership, participation, and community in his or her school. Stress the importance of education and community by joining the Home and School Club and participating in events throughout the year. It is our goal to enhance the educational experience at Jeanne R. Meadows  School in any way we can. We thank you for being involved and helping to make all of this possible.

If you would like to become a member, call the office at 408.283.6300.

Jeanne R. Meadows School's Monthly Parent-Principal Meetings
Jeanne R. Meadows School hosts monthly parent meetings. We want to make time for our parents and this is the perfect opportunity to hear school updates and meet with school administration. Each month, the school administration may include guest speakers or certain topics of discussion. We will send out reminds each month. Join us on Zoom, we'd love to hear from you!
Jeanne R. Meadows School's Site Council (SSC) and English Learner Advisory Committee (ELAC)
The School Site Council (SSC) serves to develop and recommend a School Plan for Student Achievement (SPSA), annually review the SPSA, and carry out all other duties and responsibilities assigned to it in the Education Code of the State of California. The English Learner Advisory Committee (ELAC) advises the School Site Council (SSC) on the development of the Single Plan for Student Achievement (SPSA), and the principal and staff on the school's program for English Learners. Join us during our monthly Parent-Principal meetings to learn more!
Jeanne R. Meadows School's Volunteer Program
Helping in the classroom or around the school is a great way to stay involved and support our Jeanne R. Meadows  School community. To volunteer in the classroom, please contact your student's teacher so a schedule can be arranged. The teacher will need to add your name in the volunteer log so your visit will be expected by the front office. To volunteer around the school, please contact the front office. Here are just a few ideas of the kind of roles we need on a regular basis:

  • Field Trip Chaperones
  • Event Planning
